LT-1000 Polyken™ Probe Tack Testers

The ChemInstruments LT-500 and LT-1000 Loop Tack Testers are compact testing instruments designed to allow the user to quickly and efficiently determine the tack or “grab” of an adhesive. These units meet ASTM, TLMI and FINAT specifications.

LT-1000

This Loop Tack Tester retains the complete measured data system. It is small enough to be taken from lab to production line.

• Machine speed is 12 ipm (30 cpm).
• 10 lb. (4.5 Kg) Load Cell permits a wide variety of adhesives to be tested.
• Data can be downloaded through EZ-Lab System software.
• Accurate to ± 0.1% of load cell range.
  

Data Acquisition System
The ChemInstruments EZ-100 Data Acquisition System is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use. This system reads the force of a test, digitally displays it and also stores that value in it’s memory.

• Displays the measured force in Average, High and Low values.
• Stores data from up to 20 individual tests, which allows the technician to review previously recorded values.
• Data can be exported by RS-232 connection to a local PC.
• Display values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.
• Records 400 data points per second of sampling.

EZ-Lab Compatible:
Remote operation control and enhanced data collection are possible when coupled with the EZ Lab System. Requires external PC. See EZ-Lab System product sheet.
